Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our team at TikTok Dublin in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the live chat platform to answer queries and provide assistance - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the live chat support process - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment - Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Equal opportunities employer
