Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or technical issues they may have. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
