Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online account support and possess a high level of energy and resilience. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online account users. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot any issues they may have, answer questions, and provide guidance on how to best utilize our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate users on how to navigate and use our online platform effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the user experience - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online account support or a similar role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
