Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Manna Aero is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of online account management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for our customers, ensuring a seamless user experience - Communicate with clients to address any issues or questions regarding their accounts - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online account processes and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance online account management strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in online account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Cooperation and adaptability as soft skills - Visa sponsorship available - Retirement plan and employee discounts
