Job Description: As an Online Account Support Manager at CRH plc, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with customers to address any inquiries or issues they may have, as well as analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of online account support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online customer accounts, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely. 2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, providing solutions and resolving any problems that may arise. 3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in account management and customer service. 4. Manage and support a team of online account support representatives, providing guidance and training as needed. 5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve customer experience and retention. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management and customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 7 years of experience in online account management and customer support. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to drive decision-making. 4. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success. 5. Hardworking and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools. 8. Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO) and free accommodation.
