Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

The Cool Bean Company, a leading online retailer in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


As the Online Account Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support our online accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales. This will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


In addition to managing online accounts, the Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. This will involve working closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.


To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following personality traits: resourceful and motivated. In addition, strong communication and leadership skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams.
