Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Amazon Ireland is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, orders, and inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor and maintain customer account information and records - Collaborate with internal teams to improve account management processes - Analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the customer experience - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on account support performance and trends - Assist in training new team members on account support procedures and best practices

Requirements: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
