Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd in Cork, IE. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online account holders through email, chat, and phone communication. 2. Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or issues they may have. 3. Guide customers through the online platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties they encounter. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex issues efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to improve the online account system and suggest enhancements.

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms. 5. Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
