Job Description:
VMware Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, creative, and have strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and phone to address their account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Assist customers with setting up new accounts, updating account information, and resolving account-related technical issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and escalations. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer engagement. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account activities in the CRM system. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online account management best practices to provide effective support to customers. 8. Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online account support or customer service role. 3. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 8. Experience with online account management tools and platforms is a plus.
