Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking an Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated and resilient, with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with technical issues, billing questions, and general product information. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and gather feedback. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Assist in training new call center staff and provide ongoing support and guidance. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with grace. 3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
