Manna Aero is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, resilient, and possess strong persuasion and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat, email, and other digital platforms. - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges. - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Resilience in dealing with challenging situations. - Persuasive and innovative problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. - No prior experience in a call center role required.
