Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

CitySwift is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The Online Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
