ActionPoint is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. This part-time entry-level position is based in our Limerick office in Munster, IE.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or issues - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Handling online chat inquiries from customers - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a dedication to learning and improving is essential - Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Proficiency in using computers and technology, with the ability to learn new software quickly - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
