Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Airbnb Ireland UC in Waterford, Munster. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests and hosts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with booking reservations, managing cancellations, and providing information on Airbnb's policies and procedures. 3. Utilize various communication channels such as email and chat to effectively communicate with guests and hosts. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with guests and hosts in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on Airbnb's offerings, policies, and best practices to provide accurate information to guests and hosts. 7. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
