Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions. 2. Provide personalized and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvements. 7. Stay up to date on products and services offered by Etsy Ireland to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help customers.
