Job Description:
Wia is seeking a skilled Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and concerns - Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on problem-solving - Utilize online chat platforms to engage with customers and provide support - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment - Proficiency using CRM systems, online chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
