NewsWhip is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience looking to kickstart a career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our products and services. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. - Assist in strategic planning and decision-making for improving customer support processes. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the customer support field.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to make quick decisions and implement strategic plans for resolving customer issues. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in using online chat support tools and CRM systems is a plus. - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and motivated to succeed in a challenging role.
