Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at DHL in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via online chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and prioritize multiple customer conversations simultaneously - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to cooperate with team members and other departments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
