We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Apple Ireland in Dublin. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers experiencing technical issues with Apple products and services - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely and accurate solutions to resolve customer inquiries - Demonstrate a passion for customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to understand and address the needs of customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends to provide relevant and accurate assistance to customers

Requirements: - Adaptable personality with a strong passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support software is a plus - Availability to work part-time hours in Dublin, Ireland
