Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Intel Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to online chat support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Experience in online support or customer service roles is preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
