Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat support team, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of online chat support agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency of responses - Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support team - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and issues - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Experience working with online chat support platforms is preferred - Independent and resourceful personality traits
