Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at 3D4Medical in Cork, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, and possess strong critical thinking and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support - Train and onboard new team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Proven leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
