Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Swrve is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online chat support team, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers. 2. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales through the online chat platform. 3. Train and mentor team members on best practices for online customer support and sales techniques. 4. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proven experience in online chat support or customer service role. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and online chat platforms. 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
