Online Chat Support Officer

As an Online Chat Support Officer at Google Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with any issues or inquiries related to Google products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through online chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Proficiency in planning and organizing tasks effectively - Experience with presentation skills is a plus
