Online Chat Support Representative

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through chat platforms, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong planning and innovation skills to effectively manage time and resources - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat platforms and online support tools - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
