Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Twitter Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to Twitter users, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist users with technical issues, troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to improve their experience on the platform. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer service experience. 4. Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates on the platform to provide accurate and up-to-date information to users. 5. Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. 7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of the support team.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a virtual setting. 3. High level of resilience and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong cooperation and adaptability skills to navigate various customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and potentially weekends or evenings.
