Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Airbnb Ireland UC in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in the fast-growing online accommodation industry and interact with clients from all around the world. As an Entry Level staff member, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and phone. 2. Maintain and update client databases and records accurately. 3. Assist in organizing and managing client feedback and surveys. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to assist in developing client relations strategies. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Support the Client Relations Manager in various administrative tasks as needed. 7. Prioritize quality in all client interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits are a must. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively. 3. Excellent research abilities to gather and analyze data for client relations purposes. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
