Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

SoapBox Labs is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is heard. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction. 4. Utilize online platforms to communicate with clients and provide support as needed. 5. Monitor client activity and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. 6. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work collaboratively with a global team. 5. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms. 6. Reliable and dedicated work ethic. 7. Ability to work part-time with flexibility in schedule.
