Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships through online platforms, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting SurveyMonkey Europe's services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through online communication channels. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide assistance and support to clients with using SurveyMonkey Europe's products and services. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions. 5. Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and generate new business. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and improve service delivery. 7. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for enhancing the client experience.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Adaptability to changing client needs and situations. 4. Strong independent work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs. 6. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and provide insights. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
