Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Glofox, a leading fitness technology company based in Waterford, Munster, IE. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain online clients - Act as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that online client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor online client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and retention - Provide guidance and support to online clients on the effective use of our platform and services - Track and report on key performance metrics related to online client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or customer success, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients - Proven negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Experience with CRM systems and online marketing tools - Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on findings
