Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Nova Leah, a leading Dublin-based cyber-security company, is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dublin, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations and possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage all online client communications, including email correspondence, live chat, and social media interactions - Develop and implement strategies to engage clients and drive customer retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted online campaigns to attract new clients - Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company through social media and other online channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends in the online market
