Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

HubSpot Dublin is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of professional experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels. 2. Implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Develop and maintain client communication and engagement plans. 6. Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 7. Monitor and report on client engagement and satisfaction metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 5. Confident and motivated with a proactive approach to work. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
