Job Description:
Ryanair is seeking an Online Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries through various online platforms - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction - Conduct research to provide clients with accurate and timely information - Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Implement innovative strategies to enhance client relations and improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions to management
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze information - Innovative mindset and willingness to implement new ideas - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
