Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries through online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize persuasion skills to encourage clients to engage with Apple Ireland's products and services - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resilient and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for helping others - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to effectively manage projects - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
