Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Representative at Intercom, located in Waterford, Munster, Ireland, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through online channels. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience but possess strong communication and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat, email, and social media platforms. - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating the company's online platforms. - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to client queries. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. - Maintain client records and update information as needed. - Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates to better assist clients.

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to conduct thorough research to provide detailed information. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. - Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
