Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

VMware Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Dublin. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess a driven and dedicated personality. This role will require strong soft skills in strategic planning and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with online inquiries and provide solutions to their needs - Manage client accounts and ensure timely responses to customer queries - Collaborate with the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and support - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in client service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
