Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone - Assist with order processing, billing, and shipping logistics - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client interactions and resolutions - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and implement improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or customer support - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
