Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Associate to join our team at Penneys in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Online Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor online client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong analysis and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
