Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Associate to join our team at Teckro in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate should possess a resourceful and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via online communication platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide timely responses - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training on our online platform - Utilize software systems to track and manage client interactions and maintain accurate records - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to new technologies and online platforms quickly - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively - Experience in people management or customer service is a plus - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
