Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Service Manager to join our team at &Open in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online client service experience, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving client retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to online clients. 3. Create and implement strategies to improve the online client service experience and drive client satisfaction. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation. 5. Develop strong relationships with online clients, fostering loyalty and trust in the brand. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to the online client service team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client service management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online client service management or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven track record of managing and retaining online clients. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
