Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Service Manager to join our team at SurveyMonkey Europe in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in online client services.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of online clients, providing exceptional service and support. 2. Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project progress and outcomes. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in online client services. 3. Strong analytical and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 7. Experience working with online survey platforms is a plus.
