Job Description:

Beatvyne is seeking a dedicated Online Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As an Online Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This role is part-time and entry-level, making it a perfect opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and helpful responses to client inquiries and concerns - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Generate reports and analyze data to improve online client service strategies - Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the online client experience
