Job Description: 9th Impact, a leading mobile game development company based in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company in a positive light. - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Work collaboratively with other team members to share information and best practices. - Monitor and maintain client records and data in our CRM system. - Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
