Online Client Support Assistant

Job description:

Hexafly, a sustainable fly farming company based in Galway, Connacht, IE, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Support Assistant to join their team. This part-time, entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable skills in a dynamic and innovative industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and technical issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
