Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Dell Ireland in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online channels. This part-time role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on open cases - Assist with training new team members and sharing best practices for client support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Experience with planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines - Adaptable and energetic with a positive attitude towards challenges
