Teckro is seeking an Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, have excellent time management skills, and possess strong persuasion abilities.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with technical issues via online platforms such as chat, email, and phone - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Strong persuasion abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
