Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Associate to join our team at Oracle Ireland in Dublin. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to clients utilizing our online platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through email, chat, and phone communication - Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams - Assist clients with navigating our online platforms and tools - Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Driven and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) - Familiarity with CRM systems and online tools - Ability to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment
