Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

WarDucks, a leading virtual reality gaming company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a strong work ethic and a resilient attitude.


As the Online Client Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all online client interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our online community. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of online support staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that all team members are meeting set KPIs.


To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and people management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client support and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate a team.
