Job Description:
Pointy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online client support operations. This role will require a strong background in customer service, online support systems, and managing a team of support specialists.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online client support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve online client support efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless online client support experience - Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online client support or a related field - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Experience managing a team of support specialists - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
