Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Officer to join our team at HubSpot Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various online platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, with a strong emphasis on reliability and resilience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions through online channels (email, chat, social media) - Conduct research to accurately address client questions and concerns - Present information in a clear and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist clients


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Excellent presentation skills - Strong research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
